Wintergardens Cooperative has five (5) RV spaces for daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal rental.

One RV space can accommodate a 35 ft. RV, one RV space can accommodate a 38 ft. RV, while three other spaces can accommodate a 40 ft RV.

Rental spaces are available from October 1 to April 30.

All spaces include cable TV and Internet. Renters are responsible for pick-up of equipment.

Rates: Effective October 1, 2023

Daily – $35.00 includes electricity
Weekly – $225.00 plus electricity
Monthly – $600.00 plus electricity
Seasonal – $2500.00 plus electricity

Note: Deposit required upon making a reservation as follows:

• $100.00 for one-week reservation
• $600.00 for reservations longer than one week.

All spaces include cable TV and high-speed internet. Equipment can be picked up and returned to the Spectrum office located at 1410 Yuma Palm Parkway, Yuma, AZ 85364. Telephone 888-406-7063. Renter will be responsible for any deposits Spectrum requires on the equipment. The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned as per Spectrum’s policy.

RV #3 space measures 50′ long ×12 ‘ wide, allowing for the parallel parking of the RV. There is an additional parking space along the adjacent wall for a vehicle. The space is located near the Clubhouse and swimming pool.  Available
