Quick fit is a 30 minute, walking on the spot, work out that is designed for beginners but also demonstrates how to modify the work-out and make it more intense. Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes include optional instruction on adding light weights (1 – 5 pounds) to the workout. Tuesday class is higher intensity cardio with no weights and still only 30 minutes including a warm up and cool down.
